Privacy notice

Privacy notice for users of www.spatial-intelligence.it, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
1. Controller

2. Data we process
- Data you give us through the contact form: full name, organisation, work email, sector, number of sites, message, language and page you write from.
- Browsing data: the site and hosting systems record technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system, for operation and security.
- Statistics: only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects information on how you use the site (pages viewed, duration, source, device, events such as form submission) through cookies and browser identifiers. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
We do not ask for special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR): please do not include them in your message.

We do not use your data to send newsletters or promotional messages without your specific consent, which the site does not currently request.
4. How we process them
Form data reach us by email and are not stored in a site database. The server keeps only a technical log of submissions (date, time, shortened IP address, outcome) and, for no longer than 24 hours, non-reversible fingerprints of IP address and email to limit repeated submissions. Processing uses IT tools with appropriate security measures (HTTPS encryption, restricted access) and only authorised staff.
5. Retention
- Contact requests and related correspondence: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows.
- Form submission log: 90 days.
- Hosting server logs: per the provider's policy, normally no longer than 12 months.
- Google Analytics 4 data: 14 months (property setting), in aggregate.
6. Recipients
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), hosting and email provider, appointed as processor;
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), for Google Analytics 4, only with your consent;
- advisers bound by confidentiality, when needed;
- competent authorities where required by law.
We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
7. Transfers outside the EU
With Google Analytics 4, data may also be processed in the United States by Google LLC, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision, to which Google LLC is certified, and of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent to statistics from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page, without affecting prior processing. Write to info@spatial-intelligence.it: we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your country.
9. Mandatory fields
Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to reply to you. Consent to statistics is optional and refusing it does not limit the use of the site.
10. Minors
The site addresses companies and institutions. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 14.
11. Changes
We may update this notice: the current version is always on this page, with the date of the last revision.
This notice covers the website. Data collected by the SPATIAL Intelligence platform installed at customers' premises are governed by the agreements with each customer, who is the controller.
